The ruggedly exquisite Alpille mountains stand watch and create the unique terroir of Domaine de Valdition. Winemaker Jean Michel Palot (formerly of Domaine Hauvette) works with low yield organic vineyards, unique varietals, and loves to pick at night when the preservation of freshness is a priority. Utilizing various winemaking techniques including aging in amphora eggs, the team at Valdition are creating wines with compelling minerality, a wild garrigue influence and tantalizingly fresh fruit. The domaine has an incredibly long and storied history and the owners Monsieur & Madame Faure proudly continue the tradition.
